How is this different from your services pages?

Services describes each discipline we practise, such as AI and machine learning or cybersecurity. Solutions starts from the result you want and works backwards, so a single solution usually pulls several of those disciplines together. If you already know you need a mobile app, go straight to Services. If you know the problem but not the shape of the fix, start here.

Do I have to pick one outcome?

Accepted Answer

No. Most engagements touch two or three. A team automating internal workflows to cut cost almost always ends up improving the data quality that revenue reporting depends on. We scope against your priority and note where the work overlaps.

Question 3

What does a first engagement usually look like?

Accepted Answer

A free consultation to understand the problem, then a short paid discovery if the scope is unclear. Discovery produces a written plan with scope, timeline, cost and risks. You own that document whether or not you continue with us.

Question 4

How quickly can we start?

Accepted Answer

For a fixed-scope sprint, usually within a week of agreeing scope. Our 48-hour build can start sooner than that. Dedicated squads take two to three weeks to staff properly, because we would rather assign the right people than the available ones.

Question 5

Do you work with businesses outside Australia and New Zealand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our offices are in Sydney and Auckland and most clients are in Australia and New Zealand, but we run remote engagements across other time zones. We agree on overlap hours up front so handovers do not cost you a day.

Question 6

What happens to the code and infrastructure afterwards?

Accepted Answer

You own it. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and documentation are yours and are transferred at handover. We build on mainstream, well-documented technology specifically so another team could pick it up if you ever wanted them to.
